The location was excellent. I could reach main attractions very easily. The staff were kind and always ready to assist with directions. I enjoyed the good quality sheets.

The emergency stairs did not have lights on at all times at night. I was told I had to switch the lights on myself in an emergency. I found this unusual. There was also no kettle in the room for tea or coffee.

the quadruple room was appropriately sized , equipped with an acceptable bathroom.

i found the room to be insufficiently soundproofed , i could distinctly hear guests moving in the corridor and using the lift. chairs scraping on the floor above were also audible. the noise significantly impacted the tranquility of my stay.
